Please use the following form to report a missed pickup if the following guidelines have been met. 

  If you have already called please do not fill out this form. If you fill out this form, please do not call    it will create 2 submissions

       For missed trash collection 

• It is after 3 pm on your scheduled day of pickup.

• Your materials were set out by 4 am.

• Your materials did not exceed your subscription (you must call to schedule extra trash.)

              For missed recycling collection 

• It is after 3 pm on your scheduled day of pickup.

• Your materials were set out by 4 am.

• There were no unacceptable materials in your container (ie; Plastic bags, Styrofoam, Pizza boxes)
