"I want to compliment you on your wonderful service. This week is our first week with you. I watched your crew pick up my trash, and neatly replace my can by the curb. 10 minutes later my old sanitation company came and apparently didn't notify the crew that we cancelled service, so they took our empty trash can to the truck, and then saw that it was empty, left my can at the curb with the lid open. Later when your recycling truck came they emptied my recycling and place it neatly sideways. He also closed my trash can and neatly placed it sideways next to the recycling can. I was thrilled that they cared so much."

"First day of trash pickup today, after switching from their primary competitor, who somehow stays in business with the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We have not had our trash picked up for a couple weeks, so we had an excessive amount put curbside. They took way beyond what was required. Starting service was easy, and the woman on the phone was extremely pleasant and provided all the details of their service. These guys are the best. In the 6+ yrs we have been with them they have missed 2 pick up days and that is because the weather made it unsafe first both employees and equipment. The guys are friendly and efficient. The office staff is the best I have ever dealt with. They care about your business and strive to help with any thing you may have a problem with. Also it is a local, family owned business and that is why we switched and have never regretted our decision to switch from the large corporate Canadian company we used previously
